(November 24 – 17:05 ET) – The British Columbia Securities Commission
has extended the temporary registration suspension of Noram Capital
Management
Inc., a portfolio manager it first suspended on Sept.21.
The suspension will remain in place until a BCSC
hearing renders a decision on the allegations filed by the commission.
The BCSC alleges that Noram failed to file audited
financial statements and that its
working capital is in a deficit position.
A hearing into these allegations was to have been held yesterday but Noram successfully argued for an adjournment to January.
