<i>Two funds merge, another changes objective</i><br>
(September 13 – 16:20 ET) –
Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd. today
said unitholders approved its plan
to change the investment objective
of Fidelity Emerging Markets Bond
Fund and rename it the American
High Yield Fund.
Fidelity says the new fund,
which will be available Sept. 27,
complements its fixed-income line-
up.
Unitholders also approved the
merger of the Fidelity North
American Income Fund and Fidelity
Canadian Income Fund.
