(January 10 – 10:10 ET) – PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has acquired Informatique R.
Benoit & Associes Inc., a Quebec-based consulting and software company. The deal is designed to bolster PwC’s ability to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to its clients in Canada. It also boosts its consulting and implementation capabilities within the J.D. Edwards’ product line.

Informatique R. Benoit specializes in the J.D. Edwards product lineup. “The acquisition is a strategic coup for PricewaterhouseCoopers and our mid-market clients. Thanks to Informatique R. Informatique R. Benoit began in 1981 by developing commercial applications in the manufacturing, services and distribution sectors.
