Mackenzie Financial has launched InfoMack 4, a comprehensive software package designed to help Canadian financial advisors educate investors about their financial needs.
The package is distributed at no charge by special order CD Rom to Canadian financial advisors who have registered as recipients.
“We have over 10,000 users and we’re serving them better than ever with InfoMack 4,” said Terry O’Sullivan, executive vice president, National Sales, Mackenzie. “We’ve added more tools and new features to help advisors build their business and enhance their client relations.”
InfoMack 4 features 27 easy-to-use financial calculators and tools covering a range of topics, including Retirement Planning, Savings and Investments, Mortgages and Loans, Insurance, and more.
While most financial planning software is designed solely for the use of advisors, InfoMack 4 is also designed to enhance investors’ understanding of their financial plans, which is increasingly important in the current market environment.
For example, the software enables advisors to answer client questions such as: how much life insurance is needed; how much can be saved by debt consolidation; how much will university cost for children; and, how much will be needed to retire.
InfoMack 4 offers an enhanced financial planning package to assist financial advisors in calculating and demonstrating the investment needs of their clients. The InfoMack 4 package also includes service information, sales support, and business-building features.
“InfoMack 4 is an intuitive program that provides quick and easily understood financial plans for financial advisors to review and use with their clients,” said Steve Wylie, product manager, e-Marketing at Mackenzie. “We know from extensive feedback that InfoMack illustrations, charts and graphs make advising easier. We’re responding by helping advisors do their jobs more quickly, more accurately, and with more meaning for their clients.”
As a marketing tool, advisors can offer as many as 11 of the InfoMack calculators from their own Web sites simply by contacting Mackenzie. The InfoMack calculators add functionality and interest to an advisor’s site at no cost.
A French version of InfoMack 4 will be available to advisors on November 29.
