IPC Financial Network Inc. through its financial planning subsidiary, Investment Planning Counsel of Canada has launched the first wealth management application that links account aggregation in a live environment.

The new application has been launched as a pilot and will be made available across IPCC’s Canadian advisor network through the IPCC branded IPC Online.

IPCC has partnered with CashEdge, a U.S.based technology company, and Ticoon Technology Inc., a Toronto-based Wealth Management solution provider, to develop the new online tool.

The web-based solution utilizes CashEdge’s account aggregation platform to collect and populate Ticoon’s wealth management software with live account balance and transactional data.

The solution enables IPCC clients to aggregate information from their banking, brokerage and credit card accounts into a single dashboard view from more than 40 Canadian financial institutions.

“This is the first application of this nature in the advice giving channel and a significant value advantage for both our advisors and their clients,” explained Chris Reynolds, president of IPCC.
