TORONTO, ONTARIO– Dan Goldhar,
previously President and CEO of
Fifty-Plus.Net has left to
pursue other business interests,
the organization announced today.
It is expected that he will
continue to act as a consultant.

Fifty-Plus.Net International
Inc. announced a number of
important senior management changes
too. David Tafler, Publisher and
Editor of CARPNews, FiftyPlus
and previously Secretary-Treasurer
of the company, is appointed
chairman. Maxwell Goldhar,
previously Chairman, becomes Vice
Chairman and will continue as a
Director of the company. Eric
Vengroff, formerly CFO, becomes
President and CEO. Gordon Poland
is named Vice President,
Finance. Judith Gravelle is
appointed Secretary-Treasurer.

Mr. Tafler is a former
President of Southam Inc.’s
Financial Information Group and a
major shareholder of Fifty-Plus.Net.
He is a national commentator and
best-selling author on the
subjects of retirement and
financial planning.

Fifty-Plus.Net International
Inc. also announced today that it
has engaged the services of
Fleishman-Hillard Canada and
Blunn & Company Inc. to
assist it in creating and
implementing an expanded investor
relations program. Fleishman-
