(December 16 – 11:40 ET ) – A course for auditors and employees of brokerage houses will be put on by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in September 2000. It will be presented in cooperation with the Canadian Investors Protection Fund.

The course will provide essential training for auditors of brokers and investment dealers, says the CICA, and should is also valuable to industry professionals too. The three-day course will be held next September.

A course brochure won’t be available until June, although visitors to CICA’s website can register for one when it becomes available.
