Canadian First Financial Group Inc. announced on Thursday that it has completed the sale of its property located at 110 Pinnacle Drive, Kitchener, Ont.

The transaction closed today for a gross price of $350,000. CFFG will add the proceeds to their working capital and have relocated their corporate head office operations to larger and more suitable leased premises in nearby Cambridge, Ont.

CFFG and its wholly owned subsidiaries including Ross Dixon Financial Services Ltd., Hewmac Financial Group Inc., and Canadian First Mortgage Services Inc. will share their corporate head office premises now located at 278 Pinebush Road, Cambridge, Ontario N1T 1Z6.

CFFG’s telephone and facsimile numbers have been changed to 519-623-9122 and 519-623-1501 respectively.
