SVC O’Donnell Funds Management
Inc. says the Canadian Equity
Corporate Fund will not be merged
into the Canadian Equity Fund.
At a Special Meeting held on
October 29, 1999, the security
holders of the relevant funds
approved the merger of several
funds. For example the O’Donnell
Short Term Fund and O’Donnell
Canadian Bond Fund into O’Donnell
Money Market Fund will be merged.
However, the SVC O’Donnell and
the directors of Canadian Equity
Corporate Fund have jointly
decided not to proceed with the
merger of Canadian Equity
Corporate Fund into Canadian
Equity Fund at this time.
The security holders of The
O’Donnell Group of Funds also
approved changing the auditors of
the funds to KPMG LLP.
