<i>Create second-largest fund firm in Quebec</i><br>

Avix Mutual Funds Inc. and
Evolution FM Inc. today
announced plans to merge, creating
the second-largest mutual fund
family in Quebec.
The deal will consolidate three
families of funds: Avix, Altum and
Azura pooled funds.
The new company, which will run
under the name Evolution FM Inc.,
will offer 21 funds, 16 existing
funds and five new funds.
