Assante Asset Management continues to rack up improving net sales this year.

In October, Assante recorded net sales in Canada of $71.2 million, compared with net sales of $23.1 million in the corresponding period last year. Year-to-date net sales for 2001 now total $560.2 million, compared with $166.7 million for the same period last year.

As a percentage of the company’s monthly average Canadian assets under management, October net sales were 1.6%. The company’s Canadian assets under management were $4.51 billion at October 31.
