Practice management firm Advisor Impact, Inc. and U.S. accounting firm Moss Adams, LLP announced Tuesday that they will jointly brand and distribute a third-party client survey program in the United States.
The deal was announced following the successful completion of a pilot program among a group of leading U.S. financial advisors.
Known as Client Audit, the third-party client survey program was developed by Advisor Impact. It helps advisors gauge satisfaction and identify specific cross-selling, referral and consolidation opportunities among their existing clients.
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Moss Adams in this market,” said Julie Littlechild, President of Advisor Impact. “The firm has an outstanding reputation for their innovation and their expertise. Our companies provide complimentary products and services to financial advisors, so this is a perfect fit.”
“The launch of the Client Audit in the U.S. market,” Littlechild added, “supports our shared view that, in order to succeed, advisors need to be more proactive and disciplined in their approach to client service and client marketing. “
“The Client Audit responds to a clear need among advisors who are looking for ways to strengthen relationships with their existing clients and build those relationships through additional services or increased referrals,” said Mark Tibergien, principal, Moss Adams, LLP. “In an industry marked by declining profit margins, advisors are looking for answers and this program provides them with practical insight and a concrete action plan to improve their practices.”
Moss Adams, LLP is the 10th largest CPA firm in the United States and the anchor firm in Moores Rowland International, an association of 140 independent accounting firms worldwide.
