Kitchener, Ont.-based Financial Horizons Inc. has acquired Ottawa-based R.G. Packman & Associates Ltd. in a transaction that was completed in February. The management team, office and staff of R.G. Packman remain largely unchanged. Financial Horizons is a Canadian managing general agency providing life insurance products and services to more than 9,000 independent advisors.
