Michelle Butler is senior vice president and a portfolio specialist for Cohen & Steers’ Real Assets, Global Listed Infrastructure and Energy strategies. She has primary responsibility for articulating the investment team’s process, portfolio positioning, and investment outlook with investors, consultants, and colleagues. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Butler was the portfolio specialist for the active commodities strategy at GE Asset Management, where she worked for 14 years. Butler began her investment career at the Bank of New York and UBS. She has a BA from Providence College and is based in New York.
