Industrial Alliance completes deal for DundeeWealth’s Quebec-based fund dealer and insurance operations

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. has completed the transaction to acquire DundeeWealth Inc.’s mutual fund advisory and insurance network of financial advisors who are registered in the province of Quebec, the two firms said Monday.Industrial Alliance and DundeeWealth first announced the deal on Nov. 3, 2008. The transaction closed on Dec. 31.IE
