Sun Life Financial Inc. has sucessfully completed a domestic public offering of $500 million of subordinated unsecured debentures, the company said Tuesday.The Series 2009-1 Subordinated Unsecured 7.90% Fixed/Floating Debentures are due in 2019.The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including investments in subsidiaries, Sun Life said.IE
