TD Asset Management Inc., manager of the TD Private International Equity Fund, on Wednesday announced a change to the fund’s portfolio advisor.
Subject to regulatory approval in the U.K., effective July 1, 2003, the mandate for the TD Private International Equity fund, currently advised by Schroder Investment Management North America Inc., will move in-house to TD Asset Management Ltd., an affiliate of TDAM based in the U.K.
As a result, Schroder will no longer act as portfolio adviser for the fund.
TDAM says the change reflects the continuing expansion of its capability, through its affiliates, to provide clients with a wide range of investment products through a variety of investment disciplines.
