TD Asset Management Inc. is launching an advisor series of its TD Managed Assets Program.

TD MAP Advisor Series portfolios are available in both non-registered and registered account options, and are designed to maximize return at a level of risk that is appropriate for the investor. Advisors can choose from TD FundSmart Managed Portfolios or TD Managed Portfolios.

TD FundSmart Managed Portfolios consist of third-party funds. A quantitative screening process is used to determine which funds are the “best of breed” and best suited to the portfolio’s objectives. In addition, a qualitative analysis process investigates areas such as the tenure of the current fund managers and their investment styles in an attempt to identify consistent mutual fund performers.

TD Managed Portfolios are built on the strength of TD Mutual Funds.

TD MAP is available in front-, back- and low-load options with trailer commissions of up to 1.25%.
