Effective November 1, Opus 2 Financial Inc. has changed the investment manager of several of its funds.

Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. has replaced YMG Capital Management Inc. as the manager of the Opus 2 Canadian Fixed Income Fund and Opus 2 Canadian Money Market Fund.

YMG Capital Management Inc. has replaced Independence Investment Associates Inc. as the manager of Opus 2 U.S. Growth Equity Fund.

Northwater Capital Management Inc. (formerly Newcastle Capital Management Inc.) has replaced McDonald Investment Management Inc. as the manager of Opus 2 Foreign Equity (E.A.F.E.) Fund.

Also effective November 1, Opus 2 changed two of the sub-advisors to the Opus 2 Canada Plus Balanced Fund. For Canadian fixed income portion, Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. has replaced YMG Capital Management Inc. For EAFE equities from Northwater Capital Management Inc has replaced. McDonald Investment Management Inc.

These changes also affect the Opus 2 Ambassador Funds where an Ambassador Fund invests in one of the underlying Opus 2 Funds referred to above.
