Caldwell Mutual Funds has retained Strategy Asset Managers, LLC to provide investment advice with respect to the Caldwell Balanced Fund, effective immediately.

The retainer is pursuant to a sub-advisory agreement between SAM and the manager of the Caldwell Mutual Funds, Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. Under the agreement, Strategy Asset is to act as an investment advisor to Caldwell Investment and to create and manage a model portfolio for the U.S. equity component of the Caldwell Balanced Fund.

Caldwell Investment continues to manage the Canadian equity and fixed income components directly.

In addition, the Caldwell Balanced Fund holds an investment in the New York Stock Exchange.
