MD Funds Management Inc. (MDFM), the manager of the MD family of mutual funds, announced today that it has retained Walter Scott and Partners as sub-advisor for the MD Balanced Fund, replacing Invesco Institutional (N.A.).

MD Private Investment Management (MDPIM), an affiliate of MDFM also announced today that it has retained Walter Scott and Partners as sub-advisor for the MDPIM International Equity Pool, replacing Invesco Institutional (N.A.).

MD Funds says it anticipates that the costs associated with the funds’ portfolio transition will not be material and will be assumed by the respective funds.
