(January 31 – 17:10 ET) – Investors Group, Canada’s leading financial services organization, is pleased to announce the launch of 1World Portfolios, two additional Global Series RSP funds, and three new specialty Investors Master Series Funds. The new investment products are designed to provide clients with greater choice and flexibility for their portfolios.

1World Portfolios have been created to simplify global investing. They offer one-stop global asset allocation by investing in other mutual funds for instant diversification in asset class, geography and investment management style. The 1World Portfolios include Investors Master Series Funds advised by I.G. Investment Management, Ltd., as well as funds from our other fund families advised by other leading names in the industry, including the IG AGF Funds, IG Beutel Goodman Funds, IG FI Funds (advised by Fidelity Investments), Janus Funds: IG class units, IG MAXXUM Funds, IG Sceptre Funds, IG Scudder Funds, and the IG Templeton Funds.

Seven 1World Portfolios have been developed to complement Investors Group’s asset allocation program. Each of the portfolios is created for a specific risk profile — from conservative-to-moderate-to-aggressive.

Investors Group’s Global Series RSP Fund line up will be enhanced with the addition of the Investors Global Science & Technology RSP Fund and the IG AGF U.S. Growth RSP Fund. The Global Series RSP Funds offer clients even more access to global market economies inside their RRSP without being limited by the 30% foreign content rule.

Investors Group is also adding three new specialty funds to its Investors Master Series line up. Investors Global Financial Services Fund enables clients to capitalize on the strong global growth in large financial companies worldwide.

Investors Pan Asian Growth Fund invests in Asian high growth industries such as telecommunications, technology, internet and financial services. Investors Canadian High Yield Money Market Fund allows investors to combine income, liquidity and capital stability by investing in a mix of high quality Canadian money market securities.
