(November 22 – 11:45 ET) – BMO Mutual Funds is introducing the BMO Air Miles Money Market Fund. The fund company is the only mutual fund dealer to offer Air Miles reward miles on its products.

BMO says the fund rewards one mile for every $1,000 invested, every month, based on each month’s average balance. The fund invests in government and corporate money market instruments.

“More than 70% of Air Miles collectors who redeem points for air travel are Bank of Montreal clients,” said Legzdins. “We believe this product will help them satisfy their financial needs and travel desires.”

The fund is only available for non-registered investments and RESPs. The minimum initial purchase is $500 and the fund can be purchased at any Bank of Montreal branch or online at www.bmo.com/mutualfunds.
