(August 15 – 10:10 ET) – Trilon Financial Corp. says it has appointed Jeffrey Blidner as vice chairman. In a statement, the merchant bank said Blidner will assist in the development and execution of Trilon’s investment banking and merchant banking business as well as the Trilon Opportunity Fund.
Blidner joins Trilon from Goodman and Carr LLP, where he was a senior corporate and securities lawyer for more than 25 years. Blidner will continue, as special counsel to Goodman and Carr LLP, to provide strategic corporate advice to the firm and its clients.
