In that role, McDonald had overall responsibility for the strategic direction and growth of the firm which services 4.5 million
customer accounts in North America and around the world.
McDonald chairs the Ivey Annual Fund Council and is a member of the Ivey Advisory Board. He graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business with an MBA in 1983. Under his leadership, Ivey’s Annual Fund has grown more than 300%. McDonald says that the education he received at Ivey was good preparation for the frenetic world of e-commerce.
