Queensway Financial Holdings has announced that, effective 23:00 ET on May 17, 2001, the last three remaining directors of Queensway, Harold J. Meloche, David A. Ogilvie and Kevin W. Charlebois resigned as directors of Queensway.
The resignations were in anticipation of the May 18 Ontario Superior Court of Justice hearing on the application to appoint an interim receiver over the assets of Queensway.
