(April 5 – 12:35 ET) – The Ontario Securities Commission will hold a hearing in the matter of A.C. MacPherson & Co. Inc. and Geno Della Rocca. A.C. MacPherson & Co. Inc. is registered as an investment dealer. Geno Della Rocca is president and chief executive officer of the firm.

The allegations relate to A.C. MacPherson’s conduct in selling shares of two issuers to the firm’s own clients during 1996 and 1997.

The hearing will be held on Thursday, Apr. 6 at 10:00ET, in the King Room, Marriott Hotel, 525 Bay Street, Toronto.
