Gisele Wilson has been appointed to the position of Chief Investment Officer at Natcan Investment Management Inc. a subsidiary National Bank. Wilson assumed her new position on Nov. 1.
She is responsible for overseeing Natcan’s portfolio management processes, specifically by coordinating research, portfolio design methodology and risk control. Wilson has held various positions in the investment industry during more than 19 years in the field, including president, COO and chief investment officer of TAL Fund Management as well as associate global CII at TAL Global Asset Management Inc.
She was one of the co-founders of William Mercer’s asset management consulting
practice in 1990 and the founder of the Montreal office of Fleming Canada Partners in 1994.
