Altamira Investment Services Inc. is going live. It has launched its own in-house studio. The portable studio will enable the company to provide live commentary to television stations and programs across Canada and the U.S. Altamira has played an active role in the business media for many years but looks to enhance its participation by
providing easier access to news outlets.

The studio will be connected via fibre with the Television Operations Centre, Canada’s centre for the transfer of digitally encoded information. The TOC will connect Altamira to all major Canadian studios.

The studio will also enable Altamira to broadcast its seminars and commentaries through its website, www.altamira.com. Long active in the seminar realm, Altamira will now to bring its educational series to the Internet, giving clients and the general public access to these events at a time that is convenient for them.

Fastvibe, a provider of media infrastructure services and applications, will provide the studio capabilities and webcasting services. “We are very excited to work with Altamira on their innovative approach to client relations”, says Frank Maduri, Chief Operating Officer of Fastvibe.
