(March 8 – 10:30 ET) – It’s International Women’s Day and Laurentian
Bank has issued a salute to women.

First, its female clients, who are nearly as numerous as their male counterparts. The Bank thanks them for their trust.

Next, its female employees, who form 72.3% of its workforce and help make Laurentian Bank a dependable company attentive to all its clients, male and
female alike. And the women who now comprise 59 % of its managers and executives and
who, through their energy and determination, are busy writing the next pages
in a history already 154 years long.

Lastly, the four female members of its Board of Directors, including the
Chairperson, all of whom have distinguished themselves in their fields and are
renowned for their dynamism. The Bank salutes their contribution to its
future.
