Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has appointed Robert Fellegi to the position of VP, Acquisitions. Fellegi will be responsible for CAP REIT’s acquisition program.

Fellegi has extensive commercial real estate and corporate transaction experience. He was an executive with one of Canada’s national commercial real estate firms for over ten years, and acquired international merger and acquisition transaction skills with a major New York-based investment banking firm. He was also president of a mid-sized manufacturing company.
