Legg Mason Canada Inc., the trustee and manager of the Legg Mason Canada Pooled Funds, today announced its intention to change the fiscal year-end of three funds.

The fiscal year-end of Legg Mason Brandywine Small/Mid Cap U.S. Value Equity Pool, Legg Mason Brandywine Small/Mid Cap U.S. Value Equity RP Pool Canada, and Legg Mason Private Capital Management U.S. Equity Pool will be changed to June 30 to coincide with all other mutual funds and pooled funds managed by Legg Mason Canada Inc.
