The insurer says that SLF Realty Advisors has been established to expand the access of institutional and private clients to Sun Life’s proven real estate investment expertise.
SLF Realty Advisors offers a wide range of flexible and innovative real estate investment solutions ranging from a well established open-ended pooled vehicle to customized segregated pools. Its services include strategic real estate portfolio advice, complete asset and property management and asset specific construction and development management.
