(February 5 – 17:30 ET) – Standard Life confirmed today that it has reached a settlement in the dispute before the Québec administrative labour board with the former employees of its Customer Services Division whose jobs were terminated in January 2000. Standard Life dismissed six sales staff for alleged gross misconduct.
The insurer says the settlement was reached to the mutual satisfaction of all parties and its nature remains confidential
