The Bank of Nova Scotia has introduced Scotia OnLine Financial Services, a Web site which gives retail, brokerage and small business customers the ability to personalize the content of what appears on their screen, providing a comprehensive view of the customer’s entire portfolio including banking, investing and borrowing.
When customers log-on to the site, they will see their entire financial relationship with the bank whether it is retail, brokerage or small business banking.
Customers can also use the finance and goal planning tools to access information about buying a home, investment solutions, borrowing, reducing fees and mortgage payment strategies.
“At Scotiabank we are committed to being innovative in providing Canadians with more choice than ever before so they can use the Web to access their financial services, any time, anywhere,” says Bob Grant, senior vice president business to customer products and services, e-Scotia, Scotiabank. “Whether it’s personal or business-related, this new portal provides our customers with the service options and convenience to bank on their terms.”
In addition to personal banking, brokerage services and business banking, small business customers can customize their page links to industry-related sites including: government resources; small business resources; small business associations; research, news and reports; and small business Web sites.
