(October 21 – 12:35 ET) The Ontario Securities Commission has adjourned it’s initial process in the case against David Singh and Paul Tindall until Thursday, December 16, 1999 at 10:00 a.m.

Proceeding will begin again in the main hearing room of the
Commission located on the 8th Floor, 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario. The purpose of the appearance on December 16, 1999 is to set a date for the formal hearing.

On October 14, 1999, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations against David Singh, the president of Fortune Financial Corporation and Paul Tindall, a former salesperson employed by Fortune.

Copies of the Notice of Hearing, the Statement of Allegations and the Order adjourning the hearing can be obtained from the Commission, 8th Floor, 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
