Full-service investment dealer National Bank Financial Inc. has entered into a strategic alliance with Compass Partners International, LLC a New York based advisory and investment services firm. The two firms plan to set up a U.S./Canadian cross border M&A advisory business.

“We are proud of this association with Compass Partners, which represents a further step in the process of building a global presence for National Bank Financial,” said Kym Anthony, president and CEO of National Bank Financial, in a news release.

“This alliance will also give NBF and Compass Partners’ access to each others global network of relationships,” he added.
