Vancouver-based Matrix Asset Management Inc. (TSX:MTA) says it believes it does not meet the Toronto Stock Exchange’s (TSX) listing requirements, and intends to apply for alternative listing arrangements and voluntarily delist from the exchange.

Matrix previously reported that the TSX is reviewing the eligibility of the company’s common shares with respect to the continued listing on the exchange.

The delisting affects only Matrix common shares and does not affect any of the funds managed by subsidiaries of Matrix.

Matrix is a venture capital asset management company with offices across Canada. The company manages approximately $0.3 billion in assets operated through GrowthWorks Capital Ltd., which manages funds in the venture capital sector.
