(November 24 – 10:55 ET) – The Financial Services Commission of Ontario has revoked all insurance licenses held by Warren Wall, Shirley Joan Wall and their company Dual Financial Group Inc.

The action follows an investigation by FSCO, the Walls’ convictions for breaches of the Securities Act, and an agreement reached with FSCO to surrender their licenses.

Warren Wall was sentenced to 30 months in jail and Shirley Wall was sentenced to 22 months in jail for the charges which included making misrepresentations to investors and trading in limited partnerships without registration.

FSCO says it is advising anyone who has insurance products purchased through Warren Wall, Shirley Joan Wall or Dual Financial Group Inc. to contact their insurance company to confirm the policy details.
