(May 3 – 09:35 ET) – The Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors is teaming up with independent industry educator, Foran Financial, to enhance CAIFA’s professional development courses.

Programs in development for September include a career path charting program to assist those new to the industry and a mentoring program for CAIFA volunteer leaders featuring advanced learning and efficient study techniques as well as mind-mapping tactics.

“Our members want high-quality, effective programming that meets their professional needs and improves their productivity. This new partnership delivers the kind of value we’re looking for,” said CAIFA president and CEO Dave Thibaudeau.

Ron Foran, president of Foran Financial suggests that CAIFA’s new focus on professionalism and education is a good match with Foran’s reputation for delivering effective education programs. “Our joint mandate in forming this alliance is to ensure that CAIFA members are informed, effective and successful,” he said.
