(October 19 – 15:10 ET) – Clarica has introduced Customer Access, an e-business initiative that provides its Canadian customers with a single view of their products and services online. The service is available on Clarica’s secure Web site at www.clarica.com.
Barry Triller, executive vice president, Canadian customers, said Clarica is using e-business to forge stronger relationships with customers. “E-business allows us to interact with our customers, learn more about their preferences, and provide them with more timely information about their financial picture,” Triller says.
With one ID and one password customers gain access to all of their Clarica accounts, including personal investment and insurance plans, group health and dental benefit plans for groups which have enrolled, and group savings plans.
“Providing customers with secure, online access to their complete portfolio of Clarica products online is a first of a kind offering in our industry and one which our customers have indicated is a very valuable service”, says Triller.
Customer Access customers must also use a Web browser capable of 128-bit encryption to guard their account information while it’s accessed online. Clarica’s security requirements are more stringent than most other organizations, “but protecting our customers’ assets is our number one priority,” adds Triller.
