ADR Chambers Inc. has become the administrator of IIROC’s arbitration program in every province except Quebec, the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada said Wednesday.
IIROC was already using ADR Chambers to administer the program in Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick, but the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre was the program’s administrator in the provinces west of Ontario.
Effective immediately, ADR Chambers will also assume administration of the program in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, the Northwest and Yukon Territories, and Nunavut.
As a result, it is now the approved administrator in all provinces and territories, except Quebec.
