in Canada are bullish, according to Clayton Research. Clayton Research is a firm of urban and real estate economists providing services to both private and public sector clients across Canada.
The firm president, Frank Clayton , says real estate fundamentals remain positive in Canada, due in part to rising rental income. He asserts that shares in Canadian-based public real estate companies and REITs have a lot of upside price potential. Current stock market valuations are significantly less than the underlying market prices for these companies’ real estate holdings, he says.
