William T. Holland has been
appointed as the President and
Chief Executive Officer of
C.I. Fund Management Inc.

G. Raymond Chang, previously
the President and Chief Executive
Officer of C.I., has been
appointed to the office of
Chairman of C.I. and will
continue to perform his day-to-day
management functions on C.I.’s
executive committee.

Ronald D. Besse, previously the
Chairman of the Board, has been
designated by the Board of
Directors as the lead director.

Stephen A. MacPhail will assume
Mr. Holland’s previous position as
the Chief Operating Officer of C.I.
Peter W. Anderson will become the
Executive Vice-President of C.I.
and the President of C.I. Mutual
Funds Inc., the wholly-owned
subsidiary of C.I.
