Resolute Funds Ltd. announced Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement with Yorkton Securities Inc. that makes Yorkton the portfolio adviser and principal distributor of the Resolute Growth Fund, effective immediately.

The serving as portfolio advisor at Yorkton will be Thomas Stanley, the president of Resolute Funds Ltd., who has accepted an offer of employment with Yorkton.

Stanley was previously providing portfolio management services to the fund through Thomson, Kernaghan & Co. Limited.
