Dynamic Mutual Funds Ltd. has announced the appointment of Marvin & Palmer Associates, Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware to manage a portion of the Viscount U.S. Equity Pool, as well as Walter Scott & Partners Limited of Edinburgh Scotland, to manage a portion of the Viscount International Equity Pool. They have replaced Alliance Capital Management.

Marvin & Palmer was founded in 1986 and combines a top-down approach with bottom-up fundamental research in the construction of their portfolios. The firm invests in high-quality, large-cap U.S. growth stocks in keeping with their aggressive growth style.

Walter Scott & Partners Limited is an independent investment management firm that was established in 1983 in Edinburgh Scotland. This bottom-up growth manager has an investment process focused on stock research. Each year they review over three thousand company annual reports to find companies that have potential to meet their investment criteria.

The appointment of these two world-class investment managers was made following a comprehensive global search undertaken by Towers Perrin Ltd., consultant to the Viscount Program.
