InvestorCOM Inc. is the same company that in 2010 introduced its point of sale (POS) compliance products under the InvestorPOS brand for asset managers, dealers and their advisors in the mutual fund industry.

The company was first formed in response to the emerging point of sale regulations affecting mutual fund disclosure and how firms communicate with their clients.

The InvestorPOS brand will live on as the company’s point of sale document repository and delivery solution, while the InvestorCOM brand will represent the company’s broader investor communications offering.

“We have always provided investor communications solutions that go well beyond POS,” says Anthony Boright, president of InvestorCOM. “So we are changing our company name to InvestorCOM to reflect this broad solution set.

“To coincide with the new brand, we have launched a new web site at www.InvestorCOM.com and will continue to leverage technology while focusing on the evolving investor communications needs of the financial services industry,” he says.
