(November 15 – 17:15 ET) – TD Bank Financial Group will broadcast its quarterly conference call on the Internet on November 18, 1999, at 15:00 ET.

The analyst conference call will feature presentations by TD executives on TD’s fourth quarter and year-end results. It will be followed by a question and answer period with analysts.

The call will be broadcast using live audio and accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation via TD’s website at: www.tdbank.ca. The call is expected to last about 90 minutes.

In addition, the presentation material to be referenced during the call will be posted to the TD Bank web site on November 18, at approximately 12:00 ET.
