Boston firm Eagle Investment Systems Corp., which provides Web-based and enterprise-wide investment management solutions, is opening of its first Canadian office in Toronto to serve a growing customer base of financial services firms in Canada.
“As financial services firms look to strategically align with products and services that support their T+1 migration initiatives, the demand for Eagle’s product suite continues to grow. By establishing a local implementation and services support center in Toronto, we are in a position to help Canadian firms more effectively implement a T+1 solution,” said Jack Riley, CEO of Eagle.
The opening of Eagle’s Canadian office is part of Eagle’s international business strategy. “We are seeing tremendous demand for our products from around the globe,” said Riley. “In Canada, this demand is further fueled by our new affiliation with Mellon Financial Corporation. We have already begun working with Mellon’s Canadian joint venture, CIBC-Mellon Global Securities Services, and have several new client relationships under development.”
Joining Eagle’s Toronto office are Mal Cullen, Christine Knott and Joel Kornblum. Eagle’s suite of investment management solutions enable an investment management enterprise to integrate on one platform all of its analytic and market data with portfolio accounting and trade data across all asset types.
Eagle’s Toronto office is located in the TD Centre Tower.
