The BMO Financial Group has made new senior appointments.
Ronald Rogers is taking on the new role of deputy chair, enterprise risk and portfolio management. He will be responsible for enhancing BMO’s leadership position in credit, risk and portfolio management to achieve pre-eminence in these core competencies.
Robert Pearce is succeeding Rogers in assuming the new position of president and CEO, personal and commercial client group. He will also become a member of the organization’s management board executive committee. Pearce will report directly to the chairman.
The changes will take effect October 1.
